	Optimise efficiencies by recording Quotations and Bookings. 	Documentation
	A complete Documentation Control system with Bills Of Lading Registration & Production, Manifest & Manifest Corrector, Export and Import Cargo, Freight Invoices, Arrival Notice and Delivery Orders.
	Equipment Control
	Record container movements easily using bulk moves or EDI. The Fleets for different principals are strictly separated and full EDI functionality ensures that the Principals receive their information on time. Detention/Demurrage recovery is fully supported and is integrated with the Receipting Module for debtor control.
	Repair & Maintenance
	Neatly integrated with the Equipment Control module the R&M module allows recording of repair estimates efficiently using templates. The templates may include all agreed prices and as a result the estimates are checked as they are recorded. Various reports and online queries provide the tools to analyse repair patterns and report back to the Principal.
	Transport Management
	Arrange Door To Door services by incorporating all the legs of the transport in the Transport Management Module. The transport modes include Road, Rail, Barge and Feeder. The revenue details are linked back to the Booking or B/L so that a single invoice can be created. Analysis reports allow performance monitoring of these additional services.
	Invoice & Receipting
	All invoices created in the other parts of the system come together in the Receipting Module. Designed as a "Freight Counter" Receipting System the processing of payments is done quickly. Banking and debtor control reports ensure that unpaid invoices are collected and monitored efficiently. Additionally this module allows the creation of 'Free-Format' invoices for transactions that are not directly related to a shipment.
